- IS IT POSSIBLE TO TALK ON A SOME TOPIC AGAIN, AS WITH A HUMAN?
Coaching sessions April are not a small talk about some topics.
The topics are the things what don't allow you feel happiness or some soft skills you want to improve.
The talk with coach is an interactive process in which you act independently, April only moderate by questions or commands.
You'll see your problems from all sides, including from unexpected angles, from where solutions suddenly open up.
And yes, you can add processes to Favorites and return in the future when you'll need it.
- HOW LONG DOES A SESSION TAKE? HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE?
The session takes as long as it takes to achieve the result: April is never in no hurry and never looks at the watch.
Practice in the session until you get the result!
Usualy the optimal frequency of practice is 2-3 times a week, but it is not a limitation: you can practice when you want it or if you'll have an ocasional demands.
- WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LIVE COACH SESSION AND PRACTICE WITH APRIL?
In some ways, April even surpassed a classic coach: you can practice anytime and as long as you need. April never feel tired and avoid human's misstakes.
But you have to understand April IS NOT A SUBSTITUTION of certified and licensed therapist.
- WHAT TECHNIQUES IS APRIL USING?
April has founded and mixed the world's best psychotechniques as well as recursion practices, traumatic incident reduction from Stanford University, psychological processing using Phenotypology methods and many many others. April use it in the way as it has been providing in International Academy of Clear Coaching, from human to human, from real coaches to real clients.
The main common quality of practices is the avoidance of frontal assessments and judgments about the client, unobtrusively leading the client through a memories, feelings and emotions, in which the client independently receives insights about aspects of life.
- WHAT SHALL I DO IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Personal growth and development can be compared with gym: yes, you can make your body beautiful, but there is a second part of the contract: you need to practice regular, sometimes forcing yourself to make an effort. Aspecialy in the beginning it can be not always easy and pleasant, but if you practice regularly, the result is guaranteed. April does it's best to make the sessions nice and easy. Practice regularly, and you will see that as you move forward, you have more and more strength, energy and pleasure from your own progress!
- WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY? HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE VIDEO AND AUDIO FROM THE SESSIONS WILL NEVER BE SEEN BY ANYONE?
April does not upload any video, audio and text outside your smartphone. You can easily prove it by checking your carrier's billing or data traffic in your smartphone's settings.
In the same time April does not save audio, video or any other session matherials even on the your smartphone.
- CAN IT ACCIDENTALLY HARM OR GIVE A BAD RECOMMENDATIONS?
No. April just direct the user's attention by questions or commands of recall something.
April does not any suggestions and/or recommendations.
April does not advise anything, does not impose, does not inspire, and does absolutely nothing to provide the client with any third-party information about life's situation.
The client independently analyzes memories or perception of reality for disclosure insights how to make a betters decisions for a better life.
- IS IT FOR EVERYONE? WHAT ABOUT THE LIMITATIONS OR CONTRAINDICATIONS TO USE?
The use of April is incompatible and prohibited with the use of alcohol or drugs before sessions.
April is not a therapist. Do not use April if you have been diagnosed with depression or are experiencing symptoms of depression or any altered states of consciousness.
Once again: April can't replace a real certified/graduate psychology therapist or a doctor!
